DC-DC Driver Power Module
DC-DC power modules designed specifically for IGBT/SiC drivers, featuring an asymmetric voltage output configuration to minimize drive losses in IGBTs and SiCs as much as possible. It also includes output short-circuit protection and self-recovery capabilities.
